Terms and conditions
Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
> The Promoter is Vanimo Surf Lodge
> The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on 2nd May 2023 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on 30th April 2024, (“Promotion Period”) with final draws to take place 1st May 2024 in accordance with these conditions listed.
> Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter.
> To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must book and pay to stay at Vanimo Surf Lodge during the period between 1st November 2023 and 30th April 2024. One email entry per person per paid booking permitted with the lucky draw entry email containing Subject line Win a Surfboard. Valid email addresses must be sent to [email protected] by all entrants to be eligible.
> Prize Draw Date: 01/05/2024
> The first Eligible Entrant drawn will win a DBurge Surf Board designed and crafted by DBurge Surfboards valued at $1,200.
> The prize winner will be responsible to arrange for any associated transport and costs if they are unable to collect the surfboard from DBurge Surfboards store at Kincumber NSW.
> The Promoter’s representative may draw reserve entries and record them in order to use in the instance an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or a prize is not claimed.
> The Eligible Prize Winners will be notified via electronically distributed mail or by phone to the contact information provided within 2 business days of the Prize Draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
> Grand Prize – 1x DBurge Surf Board. The total value of the prize pool is $1,200 AUD. The prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Promotion.
> This is a lottery promotion and the winner will be drawn at random. Authorised under Permit Numbers – NSW LTPS/19/40438
