Flight Changes or Cancellations

Flight cancellations and changes are inevitable at some stage in this post COVID environment that we live in regardless of what country you are travelling from OR to. In the event that your flights to OR from Vanimo are disrupted it is your responsibility to contact Vanimo Surf Lodge by SMS +67570706227 OR email [email protected] and advise the change of airport pickup time. Failure to advise the Vanimo Surf Lodge will result in additional airport pickup fee of K44 per guest which will be added to your Bar Tab account.. More than likely our manager Jeff will have been informed by the Vanimo airport that the flight has been rescheduled. Please keep a record of your Vanimo Surf Lodge booking handy in the event that Air Niugini need to provide you overnight accommodation due to their cancelled flight. If your international flight is delayed / cancelled OR your connecting Domestic flight to and from Vanimo is cancelled please contact the Air Niugini Customer Service desk respectively at the International terminal in Port Moresby OR the Domestic terminal in Vanimo. You will be entitled to overnight accommodation and meal allowance at Air Niugini’s expense if there is an overnight delay. If your flight is delayed to the following day make sure that you reconfirm your flight with Air Niugini either by completing another online check-in OR call their phone number.
